    8 Week Fat Lose Challenge

    I started the eight week fat loss challenge in April 2023 at 207.4 pounds and ended challenge at 188.20 in June 2023! I feel healthier because of the foods that I’m putting into my body. I am more knowledgeable about what to eat and what to avoid with respect to chemicals, oils, and sugars, I have purged my kitchen of all unhealthy ingredients and have supplied my kitchen with Smart healthy products. I never felt like I was on a diet. I ate like a queen. I was satisfied and when I felt the need to have a snack I knew what to reach for. I’m writing this review three weeks and one vacation post the challenge and have maintained my 188.2. While splurging on vacation. I highly recommend this fabulous program to anyone, who loves good food, good health and is up for a challenge!
